CHARGES at "The Clinic"

Consultations, treatment & discussions with the doctor outside normal consulting hours. : Rs. 8600 per hour.

Room Charge per head for a bed : Rs 950 only.

Compulsory Professional & nursing charges Rs 2300 per patient per day.

Therapeutic diet prescribed By Dr including supplementary items Rs 2300 per head per day.

Supplement for Air-conditioning Rs 1000 per day.

Internet charges Rs 500 per day.

Supplement for single stay Rs. 1400 in the domino suite and Rs 2300 in the suites upstairs. (If there are 2 people in the suite then the supplement is Rs1400 on upstairs suites.)

Special Nursing Charges: up to Rs. 3000 per day for critically ill patients requiring extra nursing care.

Steam & salt room access Rs150/ session.
Flotation Chamber Rs. 5000 per hour.
Investigations are charged at actual charges which are paid to the laboratories & other hospitals.

Medicines are charged at actual charges which we pay to other hospitals or chemists with a 20% surcharge as our processing & transportation charges. It is also possible for you or your attendent to buy medicines yourself from the chemist and avoid this surcharge.

Physiotherapy, Ultrasound treatment & speech therapy cost @ Rs 300 , per session.

Charges for Gazebo group discussions : Rs. 750 per head, (held on Tuesdays' & Fridays' 7p.m-8 pm)

Charges for Therapeutic Yoga Classes : Rs.  1650 per head, (held on Wednesday & Saturdays 7.15 am.- 8.15 am.)

Additional Yoga classes can also be arranged for Rs. 5000/US$120/Euro 93/£77  per class.

Laundry charges : Rs. 10-50 per piece according to size & material.
Dry Cleaning charges as per actual with a 30% surcharge for transportation.

If the people accompanying you, require to consult the doctor or receive treatment you are requested to book appointments for them with my secretary in advance. Treatment for persons accompanying patients is available at out-patient times, and such persons are charged at standard out-patient rates and appointments are subject to availability.  Out-patients are seen only by prior appointment and are  charged at Rs. 5900 per hour during normal consulting hours. In case appointments are not available during normal consulting hours you may ask for an appointment at extended rates out of working hours.

A deposit is payable on admission equivalent to the estimated charges for accommodation & treatment for 1 week (approximately `.120,000.

To book your room in advance a non refundable deposit of Rs 100000 will secure your room for you.

Discounts We offer a  10% discount to senior citizens (over age 65) & 15% discount to Armed forces personnel and their dependents on   food and consultation charges.
Age proof & ex serviceman's identity card are required to avail this discount.

All charges are quoted in Indian Rupees. Payment may be made in foreign currency by foreigners.

Billing.

Weekly Bills will be presented on Saturdays. Please arrange cash or Demand drafts payable at Chengannur with you to the estimated value of your expenses each week to enable you to settle your bills on presentation. You could also arrange with your bank to transfer the funds to my account each week. The facility of payment by credit card. We accept Visa & Master card but not American express.

Failure to settle the bills on presentation will constrain us to discharge you and allocate the room to the next person on our waiting list.

In case you have not remitted payment in advance, a deposit is payable on admission equivalent to the estimated charges for accommodation & treatment for 1 week (approximately Rs. 120,000)
