Your  recommended daily routine at "The Clinic".

We request you to follow this routine, so you can get well as quickly as possible during your stay here. Periods of rest are essential as your body heals while you sleep. Exercise like walking, swimming and Yoga help your muscles to strengthen and helps to normalize your metabolism. Please use the time between the structured activities to take the necessary actions for you to heal like steam inhalations exercises etc.

6.00 a.m :                    Arise & get ready for a morning walk.
6.15 a.m -7.00 a.m :    Morning walk.
7.00 a.m - 8 a.m  :      Therapeutic Yoga With Dr Manik (Wednesday & Saturday),   Practice  Yoga by the riverside or extend your Morning walk.

a.m to 8.30 a.m : Salt inhalation at the steam room followed by

a.m to 8.45 a.m : Steam Inhalations .

a.m to 9.30  a.m: Breakfast

a.m to 12.00 p.m : Treatment with Dr. as per appointment and the activities and exercises required for you to help yourself heal.

p.m to 2.00  p.m: Lunch.

p.m  to 3.30 pm : Rest.

p.m to 5.30 p.m : Follow up treatment as required  or the activities and exercises required for you, to help yourself heal.

p.m to 6.30 p.m : Take an Evening walk, play  badminton,  swim  or sit by the riverside, enjoy the view, contemplate and meditate.
6. 30 p.m :                   Soup.

p.m to 8 p.m :           Group discussion with Doctor in Gazebo on health, diet and other issues which affect our lives (Tuesday, Friday).
                                    Time for contemplation on other days. 
All patients are requested to attend this.

8-9 p.m :                      Dinner 

9.30 p.m -10.00
p.m : Prepare for bed.
10.00 p.m. :                Bedtime, Lights out
